もうすぐ 2024 クリスマスですね。
現在、下顎の発育不足がある症例について検討しています。
この患者様は、歯が前に出ているため普段から口を閉じにくい状態でした。無理に口を閉じようとすると、口元に緊張が生じ、長時間閉じ続けることができませんでした。
この問題を改善するため、上顎と下顎の第一小臼歯を抜歯し、口唇の突出感を改善する治療を行いました。その結果、見た目だけでなく、上の歯と下の歯噛み合うよくなり、患者様にも大変喜んでいただけました。
2年半にわたる治療の間、多くのご協力をいただき、本当にありがとうございました。

When I observed the inclination of the upper anterior dentition, I was initially concerned about the final position of the upper anterior teeth. Fortunately, I was able to complete the case with a stable position and noticeable profile improvement.
